By the end of this guide you should be able to: acquire skills necessary to analyse and evaluate the possibilities for application of information technologies in education, to plan and organise teaching and learning activities using information technologies, to design and organise online teaching and learning; to apply effective a nd innovative methods by using information technologies.

After the studies in this course and completing of all assignments, You will be able to:

  • apply information technologies designing distance learning curriculum;
  • plan learning and teaching using information technologies;
  • organise learning and teaching using information technologies;
  • analyse learning methods and to apply IT and innovative methods in education on the basis of target group learning results;
  • compare various education IT and to identify their benefits and shortcomings;
  • prepare an instrument to assess the quality of cases of IT application in education;
  • evaluate the projects developed applying IT to realise learning methods, by identifying problem areas and improving the projects using a “peer reviewing” method.
